Stylish, renovated 3BR apt in the Mid City Fox Park neighborhood. Sleeps up to 6 with King master, Queen 2nd BR, and Twin 3rd BR. You’ll love the original charm and modern updates, fully stocked kitchen, amenities, and warm vibes. Enjoy a night out and come back home to a safe, clean, modern apartment. <10 min from downtown and many area attractions. Blazing fast Wi-Fi, HBO, Netflix, & Disney+, and classic Arcade console! Great place for couples, small groups, business travelers, & families!

We are only a message away if you need anything during your stay.

We are centrally located in the Fox Park neighborhood. Less than 10 min from downtown area attractions; great location for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There are a couple of great restaurants in the neighborhood but overall not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lots of free street parking out front so no worries there.

"Is it safe? We've heard about St. Louis crime..."

Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis city (reference: Trulia crime stats). Please know that the area is safe and not near the areas (North and East St. Louis in particular) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.

Week long stay, no complaints. Comfy beds, well stocked, clean, responsive host. Agree on rough stairs access but the city in general is not well maintained so watch for the potholes outside.

Great location
We loved how central this was to everything downtown. It’s an older neighborhood but the space worked great for our needs. It definitely did get loud sometimes from the neighbors above and next door. The walls were thin enough I could often make out what they were saying to each other and could hear all of the footsteps, etc… so that’s good to keep in mind. The hosts were excellent.

Wonderful apartment
The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of room for our party of 5 with everything we needed and more. The entire unit was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker and cookware/appliances to make a simple breakfast. Bathroom had ample towels and offered soap/shampoo if needed. Bedrooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. The video game and streaming services were a definite plus! Overall, this was a delightful place to stay!

Nice, very clean place for a short stay. Had everything we needed. Be aware there are a few stairs to go up. The curb area in front wasn't very clean but everything else was great.

Charming Ground Floor Townhouse
We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this well kept townhouse. It is clean & quaint & near everything but you do not feel that you are in the city. There are several steps up from the sidewalk into the unit that may be difficult for less agile folks. Parking is not plentiful but we always had 1-3 spots available within 100 feet of the unit.

Family Trip
We had a great stay. The house was clean and well decorated. My kids LOVED the game table. Lots of extras with phone chargers, lighting options, and sound machines in each room. Owner response time was very quick. Our only issue was some noise from people walking their dogs in the morning. Overall we love it and hope it’s available for our next trip STL!

Highly Recommend Joe’s Place
We had a great stay at Joe’s place!! Everything was clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed. Plenty of coffee, towels, games and little details I would not have not thought of. The neighbors were very quiet and we visited many fun little restaurants and parks in walking distance. The location overall was great and though downtown wasn’t walkable it was only a very short drive away. My friend and I enjoyed our visit and highly recommend!!:)

Amazing St. Louis Apartment
The apartment was great; parking was easy to find close to the apartment, and I even got to the house later at night—a lovely renovated older apartment with stunning exposed brick and modern amenities. Next time I come to St. Louis, this will be the first place I look to see if it is available. My daughter and I stayed busy each day we were there, and each time we came home, we wanted to spend more time apart. Joe was an excellent host, incredibly responsive to our minor issue (a neighbor's smoke alarm beeping from a dead battery), and provided recommendations of places to go. I can't recommend this place enough and the host enough.

Perfect place, great location, and amazing host!!
We stayed two nights in this house as a family. The house has such a cool vibe- it’s got exposed brick and original wood floors, along with the charm of the old doors, old era hardware throughout the house, etc but then it was combined with this crisp, modern yet comfortable furniture and decor. We loved all the amenities that the host offered such as a nicely stocked kitchen, MagSafe chargers next to the bed, extension cords to make sure there was an outlet at each bedside to charge your devices, extra box fans, extra bedding and pillows, bathroom products like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash… just things that make a stay so much more convenient and easy. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative. He reached out on the second day asking if we needed anything like extra towels or anything and even recommended a great local brunch place nearby that we ended up going to and really enjoying (Have a Cow Urban Farm Store and Cafe- seriously, go try it. Great food and a super cute atmosphere). We had no issues with safety and security in the neighborhood. We were able to park on the street right in front of the house. I was nervous staying in town in St. Louis because I had heard there was a lot of crime in the city but since everything we planned to do was right near downtown, we decided it was worth a try and we were very happy with the location. I felt relieved to know we were in a safe place. Would definitely recommend!!!

Attended Four shows at The St. Louis Opera and other sights in St. Louis.
We enjoyed our week at this property. It was close to all the events we planned for our stay. There were different types of restaurants near-by. This urban property was exactly what we were expecting. The proximity to the highways got us wherever we were going. The property was very comfortable during the hot temperatures during our visit. Sweet Stay in St. Louis
Lovely 3BR apartment in a well-positioned place near a variety of possible attractions. The quiet neighborhood felt very safe throughout our stay. Joe is unparalleled in his excellence as a host.
