Experience one of the most unique and well known neighborhoods in Saint Louis! This private 4 bed 2 bath home is located on The Hill - historic Italian neighborhood of St. Louis. Enjoy a quiet, safe, and convenient location minutes away from great restaurants and bars. You'll be a short drive to all area attractions including downtown/the Arch, Forest Park (Zoo & Museums), Botanical Gardens, the City Museum, Busch Stadium, and much more...

This is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the hill with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. There is a queen bed with a walk in closet in the first bedroom. In the second bedroom, full sized bunk beds with a smart tv. In the upstairs bedroom, a work space with sky light windows. The partially finished basement includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom including a towel warmer, ping pong table, foosball table, a chalkboard wall to draw on and washer/dryer. There's a smart TV in the living room upstairs that that includes a surround home sound system. You'll have access to the full kitchen supplied with cookware, spacious dining room, large backyard that includes a barbecue pit. Coffee is included and Keurig coffee maker is available. Great WiFi included

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard.

The Hill Neighborhood is a highly desired place to stay! This neighborhood is in a safe area near major interstates and a short drive away from all major attractions. Walkable, safe and quiet area with famous Italian dining, bakeries, and shopping nearby.

**The speaker system throughout the home has been disconnected and not available throughout stays**
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. (a fee of $200 will be billed to you for smoke odors in the home)
3. No unregistered pets allowed.
4. Respect to the noise curfew between 10pm - 7am.
5. Respect of the checkout time of 11am.
6. No illegal substances allowed on premises.
7. Please take care of furnishings, bedding, and towels. You will be billed for any damages to sheets, towels, appliances, and furnishings.
8. Please treat this home as your own, any extra cleaning fees will be billed to you for excess mess or neglect.

Family Spring Break

Excellent property. Walking distance from restaurants on The Hill. Easy access for driving to all the classic places to visit (Forest Park, The Loop, The Arch, Botanical Gardens). The area was incredibly safe to walk / run. Impressive use of space, including the clean basement with bed/bath and a loft, for a bungalow. Easily able to accommodate out family of 4 with easily being able to do more.

Great property and wonderful communication

We came in town for an event at the Enterprise Center. Quick trip down to the game, loved the house and the owners were extremely responsive and provided great communication to make a wonderful stay! Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to town!

Family Wedding on the Hill

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and the ping pong table was a great addition. The location was perfect, close to Tower Grove and Forest Park. We highly recommend!!

Gem house on the Hill

This house was perfect for our family of four! I am from the St. Louis area, and had lived in South city while in my 20's.This was my first time back to St. Louis in many years. It was fantastic to stay in such a perfect gem of a home. The Hill is still as wonderful as I remember; safe, and there was always parking on the street outside the house for us. The house was just as described but also including so many thoughtful touches that it feel like home. I will definitely be back the next time we come to St. Louis. Outstanding property and owner!

Summer weekend family getaway

We loved staying in this house in The Hill! The neighborhood is convenient and having parking was key for our two families with kids. Extra bonus that the neighborhood 4th of July fireworks had been delays and we could see them from the back porch. The kids also loved playing chess (several games provided)!

Weekend stay in St. Louis

We were in St. Louis for a family event. The house was roomy and comfortable, the keyless entry was easy to use. Street parking was right out front, we never had to look for a space. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance to this house.

Winter Break

Took son and his family for a long weekend to explore St. Louis. Centrally located and easy accessibility. Clean and everything functional. Older home had modern updates and fun decor. Good neighborhood. We would rent again if we come to the area.

Premiere St. Louis experience

Historic home in a historic neighborhood. Anastasia is 5-star host and very accommodating. Walking distance to some of the best Italian restaurants in the Midwest. Was able to get downtown for a hockey game at Enterprise in 15 minutes. Our family can't say enough about the comfortable stay, convenient location, and the quality of the home.

The house is all updated so very clean. It provided the basics that we needed. The host responded promptly when we reached out to her. I would highly recommend this house on The Hill. It is walking distance to many coffee houses, restaurants and bars. It still remains a quiet and clean and safe area.

Okay but not awesome

At the expected time we got instructions emailed to us from VRBO. When we arrived, with printed instructions in hand, they made no sense. The "lower buttons" that were to follow our specific six-digit code did not exist on the electronic lock. We tried every button that didn't have a number but none worked to unlock the door. Had we not been standing in the sun with the temperature near 100 degrees, we might have been more understanding and patient. We promptly asked for help via the VRBO app and began carrying our groceries, etc. back down the stairs to our car and loaded them and ourselves back into the car. We were debating where we would go for Happy Hour before we heard back. We were given new directions (4-digit code instead of 6-digit code) and told "VRBO has been having issues where they haven't updated anybody's check-in instructions" Since the property manager seemed to know this, I would have expected that she could/should have made sure we had the correct information. That is what I have done as a property manager. Disappointing but not tragic: The wifi never worked during our three-night stay. We were able to get spotty service from an adjacent property as suggested by the property manager. We had trouble finding enough forks and wine glasses for the three of us without washing once or twice a day. A TV remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.
