“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. “Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia.
