Lovely bungalow, enclosed outdoor saltwater pool, screened in back porch, located in golf cart district, quiet neighborhood. Approximately 5 blocks walking distance to the charming historic St. Marys town center and the well-known "Riverfront" area where nice restaurants, shopping, and ferry to the beautiful Cumberland Island await. Fenced in back yard. 2 bedroom/ 2 full size bath.
Children of all ages welcome. Family Friendly.
Dog friendly.
Golf cart available upon request with additional fees.
Boat friendly neighborhood. Two boat landings within one half a mile.
Host typically responds to inquiries within 2 hours.

QUIET AND COZY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We rented it for the spring break 2025. It is a cozy property in a quiet neighborhood. Stacey took care of every detail. The house was stuck with those things you need, from coffee to toothpaste. We have a great time there. Thanks, Stacey, for such a nice gateway.

We loved the quiet neighborhood setting. The back yard was a perfect place to sit and relax. It was totally fenced in which was great for our GoldenDoodle. The pool was beautiful, but unfortunately it was a bit cold for swimming in February.

Cottage perfection

Cute house with great on-suite bathroom. Pool looked inviting but we did not use this time. I told my husband it’s like staying at your dear friend’s home while they are away. Attention to a guest needs and wants were superior. This is the place you should choose while visiting Cumberland Island or just sweet St Marys.

St Mary's Charm

Kai Cottage Was exactly as advertised and more. Went to visit my daughter and grandchildren, and it was perfect as we enjoyed the day by the pool and took the advice of our host and had a wonderful dinner at Locals restaurant. Stacy was the perfect host and very easy to communicate with. Yes, I will definitely return return to Kai Cottage for my return visits

What a great property!

We have family in the area and we came to town to visit. We had family over and swam in the pool. It was wonderful! This house is very clean and organized. Plenty of extra linens. Decorated beautifully and warm and cozy. We would definitely rent this home again!
