Street parking is plentiful and the neighborhood felt very safe. Amenities were all good- nice bed, kitchen equipment, and bathroom. The basement was great for staying cool. Things to consider but aren't deal breakers: the stairs are very steep so not doable for those with mobility issues, and it IS a basement so remember you can hear……
