“i stayed this hotel about 7 years because of it location. And my 3rd time stayed this year. i used to put my money in my hand carry luggage at a paper bag every time. But I lost all the money RM850 when I was home in Hong Kong. i feel very disappointed to the staff. Every time I would give them tips before leaving. ”

“The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again.”

“Taxi rank opposite front door handy. Initial problem with shower as didn’t realise I had to turn on the isolation switch for electric heater. Quiet was appreciated.”
