“The apartment was nicely updated, decent location in a beautiful Scottish fishing village. The owner was available by phone on a couple of occasions. Check-in would have been simpler with detailed information on how to work the door handle. Also, detailed description on how to use the washer/dryer combo would have save us time and the owner energy costs.”

“We three over 65 year olds wanted a quiet New Year celebration near the seaside. The chalet was perfect for us. Beautiful views over Belhaven Bay, ideal location for dog walking and very handy for Dunbar town. The chalet was well equipped, beds were comfortable and warm and cosy. ”

“The views across the pantiled roofs towards the water are stunning. The living/kitchen area has large picture windows on three sides, meaning it's both light and has great views almost all around. The amenities are everything you'd expect. Anne, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. In fact, my wife left behind three jumpers. Anne recovered them and posted them to us. “This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was……

“Booked a one week stay at this lovely bijou property. Small but perfectly formed. Beautiful location. On street parking, so a bit hit and miss, but we always managed to find a spot. A couple of small suggestions. The bedroom next to the kitchen could do with a night stand / bedside table. The kitchen table and chairs are too heavy and very uncomfortable. ”
