The location near to the Victor Hugo house was really convenient with easy access to the town. The gardens are beautiful and the food excellent. We couldn't fault our stay at the Pandora and would definitely choose it again. Thanks to everyone at the Pandora for an excellent stay

The breakfast was wonderful, the room clean, the location up a hill but walkable and convenient. The only negative was my twin bed. It was caved in in the middle, so I selt on a pillow to have a semi flat surface to not wake up with a bad back.

Big shout out to Fabio and his team. Excellent food and drink, and such friendly staff. Also to the cleaners who spruced up our room every day. Was always clean and tidy. And to all the other staff who made our break so comfortable. Our two weeks went all too fast.

Need to climb 150 ft up (15 floors) to get there from town. Then no elevator so another 2-3 flights. Low water pressure which is to be expected at that height. No AC but adequate breeze.

I've just spent 5 nights at the Pandora Hotel and it is a fantastic place to stay. I had a top floor room with views to the sea. All the staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make your time there relaxing and stress free. The garden is beautiful and lots of hidden places to sit, look out for the swing seat with a stunning view to watch the sun set. There are plenty of options for breakfast and evening meals. All the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Over all I had a good stay. The room I had was large for a single, but needed updating. The shower is small not much room to move. The had some very nice food in the bar and the service in the bar was very good. The breakfast was good and all the staff were very nice.

Nice hoyel, good breakfast, slightly negative things, Up top of a very steep hill and most pf the frreview channels didnt work, But never the less enjoyed my stay.

No grab handles over bath/shower. Tv not working and took three day to repair simple aerial socket,clearly the problem. Dining rooms tidy clean, but v uncomfortable chairs in the main dining room. Food, particularly the breakfasts good.

We really enjoyed staying at the Pandora Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a great view out over the sea. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved sitting outside on the terrace at breakfast time where we could look out over the lovely garden. We had one evening meal at the hotel, which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious.

The staff are amazing. They will do anything to make your stay good. The food is good and the dining room very pleasant. The gardens are amazing. Would stay there again, just because of the staff. The hill to the port is a little daunting. Ok to walk down. A bit harder to get up 😳 we caught the 95 bus to the top of the hill and walked down. There are always the taxis I felt a lot fitter when I came home from all the walking. I will have to keep it up 😂

This is a gem of an hotel could not find any faults been in four star hotels that aren’t as good as this. Will definitely use this hotel if we get back to Guernsey .

Good location - hill not a problem at all. It’s a beautiful old building. Breakfast was great. Only 4 stars not 5 because the rooms are quite noisy - but it wouldn’t stop me rebooking.

The hotel was clean and the gardens beautiful. The staff were very friendly. It is situated at the top ofa hill and may be difficult for those with walking issues although there is a daily shuttle service available. The hotel is next door but one to Victor Hugo's house on Guernsey

la situation de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville et aller gambader dans la campagne proche ou les chemins de randonnée proches en louant une voiture , le parking de l’hôtel vous accueille t c'est très pratique pour ceux qui reste au moins trois jours , la location d'un véhicule est nécessaire pour être libre de parcourir tous les petits chemins du centre de de la longue côte magnifique ; rouler à gauche n'est pas un problème , il suffit de rouler doucement, les guernesiais sont très sympa et vous laissent passer voilà , très bon séjour à l'hotel pandora , n'hésitez pas et n'oubliez pas hauteville house , c'est incontournable et, en plus ,à quelques mètres de l'hotel
