Take advantage of great discounted rates late Spring & Summer. All is great @ Vistas On The Gulf . We were new in 2003 and we have been open since November. So look past what read and see and come visit the quiet area of St Pete Beach . We are south and away from the Hotels !! It’s an excellent location . Please take a look at our newly updated (Dec. 2023) . 2nd floor vacation rental at Vistas On The Gulf . New floor , new blinds and shutters & updated white cabinets for our kitchen & breakfast bar completed in December of 2023 .. We are located directly on the white sands of St. Pete Beach . (See updated photos for great overall description of what you can expect and enjoy. Our living room features a brand new (2025 ) comfortable couch which pulls out to sleeps two. We also have a brand new (2025) love seat for the living room . So comfortable!! There is a brand new (, December 2024 )50 inch Sony Smart TV in our living room. The kitchen area has been fully updated with new appliances for your convenience. I have added a breakfast bar with a granite top for more space to enjoy a quick snack . There is also additional drawers for storage . There is a glass top dining room table with new high back chairs (2018) that seats up to four . The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and mattress . The master bathroom has been totally updated to now include a fully tiled walk-in shower and new bathroom sink and vanity . The 2nd smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress and a flat screen TV. There are plenty of areas to view television when you are not enjoying the Beach , the pool and the warm Florida sunshine. Our place at the Beach comes with the following amenities : 2 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the smaller 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room .You can sleep up to 5 people. Two full bathrooms with showers with one bathroom directly off the master bedroom. A washer/dryer so need to bring lot's of clothes. This is so convenient !! < There is spacious balcony that you can access from the either the living room area or the master bedroom. Here you can view the pool, hot tub, and the clean white sand of St. Pete Beach. Our Condo is located on Gulf Blvd and we are about a eight minute walk north from the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. There are plenty of Beach Bars to walk to , casual restaurants and shopping areas. Our Property Mgrs. in the Rental Office will be happy to help with restaurant suggestions as there are some great ones nearby. Disney World in Orlando is a safe two hour drive from us while Busch Gardens in Tampa is forty five minutes away. We are thirty minutes drive time from the Tampa International Airport. < Our place here on St. Pete is easy the get too from almost anywhere yet hard to leave. So come on down and enjoy a great vacation on the Beach as others have . You will hate to leave as I always do !! Life is short so you got to get to The Beach !! Keywords: Condominium-Hotel

Lovely Location and Condo

The condo location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and is stocked with paper towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We loved staying here and will be back!

A Great Property

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had ever! The owner Patrick is fantastic and gives you a welcome call and all necessary check in instructions. We had an issue with the sofa sleeper during our stay and he couldn’t have been more proactive to the point of putting in new furniture! So easy to access everything from this 2nd floor unit- stairs and elevator both handy. Parking was never an issue. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach. The on site staff are also wonderful - Emily and Mark. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beach is great and not crowded at all and this was spring break week. Would definitely repeat!

Family gathering

Had a great experience here. The owner reached out to make sure we were set to arrive and responded immediately when I had a question. There is also an office on site to help if needed. The location is perfect for SPB stay. The unit was immaculate and had plenty of towels, hangers, linens, etc. And VERY easy to leave-no long list of to-do's before checking out. We plan on visiting again next year. I highly recommend.

Great summer vacation

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and updated unit. Love all the remote check in processes. Pool is not very big but it was perfect for young kids and adults who just want to chill. You access the beach from the pool. It’s fantastic. Fished from the beach and went to bush gardens. There are so many restaurants. The location is not touristy but not dead either. There is a Publix and a starbucks too. Would stay forever if I could.

Great beach location

If you are looking for a less busy area, the Vistas is the place to be. The condo fit our needs as we try to do some cooking ourselves instead of eating out. Easy walk to the beach or to get in your car/take the Freebie to another area.

Awesome place to stay and a beautiful beach just steps away

We had a great stay in this condo. The proximity of the beach was amazing! The condo was clean and ready earlier than expected. The office gals were so nice to keep our luggage since we arrived early. We walked everywhere and used the FreeBee service to bring home groceries. Our family has been up and down the gulf coast and decided we really liked this area and will be sure to come back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and all the recommendations prior to our visit.

Great location!

Yes, we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. From the first moment I booked it , Patrick, the owner was in contact with me. He told me the various restaurants that were great, beach bars, etc. Reassurance when getting a VRBO, sight unseen, leaves you a bit uneasy, especially when taking friends. The pictures were absolutely accurate, the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE, convenience right off the elevator, beach right out your backdoor. Emily and Mark were right on property to help with any need that could arise. All new blinds and my understanding he is doing additional improvements, although we were all comfortable as is. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony just as he said. Our only issue, which Patrick had nothing to do with (hahaha) was it rained 4 out of the 5 days we were there. That was a bit disappointing, but we still enjoyed out getaway from everyday life. I would highly encourage you to rent from Patrick!

Great spot on the beach!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! This location is so close to the beach and has plenty of room within the unit for 4 people comfortably. The unit owner Patrick was very kind and was sure to explain the whole check in process as well as the amenities before we checked in. We look forward to future stays here, and highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for convenience and proximity to all the great things that St Pete beach has to offer!

Nice getaway

This is our first time in this building on Saint Pete beach. It was very clean and spacious and well appointed. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there were no issues with noise from neighbors. Check-in was seamless as the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed time down at the surf which was about a 2 minute walk beyond the pool. There are a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the area. We had a wonderful meal at a restaurant called The Middle Ground. And we enjoyed a great breakfast at The Frog Pond. We did have one TV that was not working in the guest bedroom. The office assisted in trying to resolve the problem but they had to refer it to the cable company which would be repaired after our stay. Also the guest bedroom tended to be warmer than the rest of the apartment. When family arrived we had to make sure that they could park somewhere but the office helped us out with that. All in all had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
