The space
***All our beds (even the roll outs and sofa beds) are
high end and exceptionally comfortable. No need
for air mattresses for a large group and we have
plenty of space for everyone.***
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom with a comfy king sized bed is
incredibly spacious with a huge walk in closet. YoU'll
have an ergonomic work desk and chair for your
work space as well as direct access to the master
bathroom.
Bedrooms 1 and 2:
Both rooms feature queen beds with high end
mattresses and bedding. All of the rooms have
controlled fans and lots of beautiful natural light.
Additional Beds:
We have 2 twin fold-able mattresses on wheels,
stored in closets of bedroom 1 and master room
closet, until needed for use. We want to make sure
everyone sleeps incredibly well and comfortable in
our space, without overcrowding :)
Living Room:
Include board games, and 55" TV.
Laundry Room: We have an on site washer and
dryer and provide complimentary laundry
detergent for our guests use.
Our private and serene patio presents a comfy
seating, and a grill.
Garage: ping pong table along with a few other games!
We can park 4 cars in our driveway, and have additional parking spot in front of our house on the street.

As advertised with 2 notes. The 3 in our group are older and enjoyed a 3 week stay. 1. The couch is too low with a low back. It was difficult to stand up from sitting. 2. The kitchen is equipped for light duty cooking only.

Our family enjoyed staying at this home. It was roomy, clean, and had 3 bedrooms for us to spread out. We also liked the game room in the garage. The kids liked playing ping pong and corn hole. The AC worked well and there was a BBQ grill in the back porch but we didn't use it. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan/light with a remote control. There was also a ceiling fan in the living room as well. The fans helped keep the house cool during our July stay. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dish ware and cookware. We ended up borrowing some other small appliances from relatives nearby but unless you like cooking a lot like our family, you'll find what you need in the kitchen. When we arrived, the lights/fans in one wing was not working but we reset a circuit breaker in the garage and that fixed the issue. The dishwasher was also not working but it was unplugged for some reason and worked perfectly when it was plugged back in. If you have kids in your party like we did, one of the bedrooms had bunk beds. That was fun for them. And there were two twin sized mattresses for our use. We ended up borrowing some sheets and pillows from relatives to make those beds more comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and within a (shortish) walk to WalMart. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the home.

Plenty of room for four adults and 5 children for three nights. The kids loved the bunk beds and bean bags. The beds and couch were comfortable. Having a ping pong table in the garage, along with a corn hole game helped keep the kids entertained. There was even beach items (umbrellas, kids digging toys, etc.) we used for a beach day. We communicated a few maintenance items to the owner at the end of the trip, but nothing that took away from our stay. Being in construction, they are items not everyone would be aware of, but things that will help keep this spot in good shape for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this house again.

This place was absolutely perfect for my large family with small children. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, the location is convenient, and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. This area is a normal vacation destination for us and when we return in the future, I hope we'll be able to stay here again.
