MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE USE OF BALCONIES. POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN AT TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANOTHER NEIGHBORING POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING THIS TIME.
3/19/25 Update: The controller has been installed and the cab moves up and down. The last company needs to return for their part and the elevator will be operational. As soon as we get the date we will let you know. From what we understand this last step only needs one day.

The property is equipped with an in unit stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset. This unit comes with one covered assigned parking space. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed.
