I opened the door to the room, I turned the switch to no avail...plus the two queens we booked were not available...only king. The pool was empty!

Very interesting little motel in the town of Dunedin. It is being newly mananged (as of 3/25/2016) and the pool is also currently being fixed. I must say the rooms do smell quite like ciggerette smoke. It is approximitly 6 miles from Clearwater beach and also honeymoon island state park, which I biked to both using the fred marquis pinallas trail which is a very nice trail. Motel is close to laundry mat, discount grocery store, liquer store, greek restaurant and kfc.

Spring training with the Toronto Blue Jays

The motel should not be available to anyone. The room smelled and was dirty. All in all this place is the lowest scale of a place you could get .No pool available.

Was told no room was available, I think, although communication was difficult with father and son due to language barrier. We were relieved, however, as place was disgusting.

Very dissapointing

The hotel location is great. Close to many restaurants, within 5 miles from a major mall and 2 miles from lovely downtown Dunedin. The hotel cleanliness was non existent, walking around the room my socks turned black. The tub had rust around the overflow drain and mold on the grout. The furniture was very miss-matched, furnished with stuff purchased from motels that were going out of business and stuck in the room. When we sat on the bed the headboard fell off the wall and almost hit my girlfriend in the head. The lady I first met when checking in spoke little English. There was a huge miss-understanding on whether I had paid or not, but having no proof on me that I had, I reluctantly gave her my credit card. I figure the motel is family run, I believe it is her daughter who came out to give her a hand and was very pleasant to deal with. To the best of my knowledge this motel has no amenities.

STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, MAN ON COUNTER QUESTIONED MY SEXUALITY AND INSISTED I NEEDED TWO BEDS INSTEAD OF ONE (HE ASSUMED MY FRIEND AND I WERE GAY SINCE I CHECKED IN WITH HER INSTEAD OF MY HUSBAND) ROOM SMELLED OLD, TOILET NOT WORKABLE, FIRE ALARM HAD NO BATTERIES, THE HOT WATER ON SINK DIDN'T WORK. WINDOWS WITH NO HANDLE TO OPEN OR LEAVE IN-CASE OF EMERGENCY!!HORRIBLE STAY, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Next time I'll find better

Clean, large and roomy, however: no soap or shampoo, only one bath towel and wash cloth for two people, no cups for water, no coffee pot, only one roll of toilet paper, key didn't work, mattresses in the pool area. But no bugs this time! For what I paid, it didn't seem to be really worth it.

Not for families

Sketchy. Dark. Reeked of cigarettes. Frightened the kids. Room ramshackle. Clerk took $10 when we asked for a full refund!

Terrible hotel, roaches around, very dirty

Very dirty room, roaches on the floor, dirty bathroom and it looks guetto with people sitting outside looking at your every move, very disappointed. It's not worth the money I paid it should be half of that or less, I have had good hotels with that price, will never ever take a hotel that's not known.
