This hotel was Not as pictured. I wasted money because I couldn't cancel the entire stay but I had no way of knowing the condition until I arrived. I had to book another hotel and lose money. The location is in a nice spot but the hotel is awgul. Dirty microwave, dirty stove and refrigerator. 😓

I love the private beach. The private pool and hot tub were great. The view was great from 5th floor. Easy access to everything on strip. The live music next door resort was great.

This property is perfect for a modest getaway! It's larger than a boutique hotel but smaller than a large operation. They had all the basics. We were right across the street from the market and gas station. Pool, hot tub and new deck were perfect. Small but plenty of deck furniture. No restaurant/bar/store on site but places to eat everwhere. We were able have an extended check in/check out for a small fee. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel is right on the edge of the where the bay opens into the ocean. Great little beach/cove for swimming!

Gulfview is a great option for a value price. We were on the 4th floor Ocean view (5th highest) which gave us a very nice view of the Gulf. Shephards resort right next door so in walking distance you had live entertainment and a restaurant. When the hotel filled up, the parking lot was very tight to maneuver your vehicle especially since we had a truck. The staff was very nice and the rooms were basic but met what we wanted. In conclusion, the hotel is surrounded by resort style places without paying resort prices.

We had a 4 night stay here. It was wonderful. We very much enjoyed the beach and the ability to purchase 2 chairs a table and an umbrella daily. Chair side service was awesome. Food and drink. The beach was private and shared with about 3 other resorts, so pretty quiet. Only thing is they are renting jet skis and dock them right there, they take up a bit of room. The chairs cost also increased $11 randomly one day when the weather was the best day. The hotel was great location wise. The staff was friendly! And very helpful. The room smelled really musty when we got in but was able to air it out mostly with the balcony door and perfume. The little 2 burner stove top was very convenient for breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again, just bring febreeze next time.

We loved it! Our room was nice and cool and clean. Our “partial ocean view” was awesome. We overlooked the stage at Shepard’s so it was a bit loud but it was nice to enjoy the live music from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
