The daytime staff the lady was absolutely amazing she was very very helpful and she was very very nice. But your your nighttime staff and the next day Monday May 5th the daytime and shift very very rude and just brief respectful and was very very nasty I just got out of a really bad situation with my dog and we are going for motels and motel and to be treated and talk to you like that when I'm paying money to have somewhere to go really really bothered me I'm already going through enough of stuff and then on top of it I had to do with very heartless people in the way they talk to you think they are in the business I can't believe the way staff talks to their customers The two individuals that I'm speaking about is the man on May 4th that works night shift and the man that work day shift May 5th the lady that worked in May 4th to join the day very very awesome I will never forget her or she was very very awesome she should get a raise she was amazing she actually cared about her customers situation and and everything that was going on with her customers very very helpful but there's other two men very very nasty disrespectful

I’ll start with the positives, breakfast, staff, pool and price. The negatives: the room-dirty, damp-the bed and rug, the shower head had a hole so when you took shower it sprayed on your head, the shower constantly leaked. The work out facility was closed due to construction, we were not advised prior to coming, had to pay $10 to go to gym. We were not told that displaced hurricane victims were residing there. We met some very nice people but others were sketchy and we did not feel safe. A constant smell of Marijuana throughout the hotel. I have stayed at La Quinta’s before and they were beautiful hotels. I never felt so dirty even after taking a shower. I would never recommend this place and I feel Wyndham should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their name.

Property is undergoing renovation. I was on the 3rd floor where most of the work is been done. Dust was everywhere. Breakfast was ok however host was very abrupt/unfriendly. At 10AM cleared breakfast items while we were in line.

We stayed 3 nights and after the first night I had small insect/flea bites on my legs and they itches like crazy. We got up and went to breakfast and the lady taking care of the breakfast area announced 10 minutes to closing 30 minutes prior to closing. 15 minutes before closing she started removing the food items and coffee. Very rude. That was the only morning we went to breakfast. We stay at Laquita Hotels when we travel and in most cases have a good experience. This hotel, not so much. I do not recommend staying at this particular hotel ☹️☹️☹️

Our room smelled bad and the shower and toilet were dirty. Breakfast was very limited and the eggs smelled funky. Will not stay here again. The reviews weren't accurate. Also under renovation and not reported on site.

Property in poor condition and under renovation. No smoking allowed yet smell of Marijuana in the halls and elevator every day. Breakfast was ok but hot food was poor quality. The bathroom was disgusting. Room amenities were poor. Maid service was terrible. In 5 days they did the room twice and only after we complained.

The place is under renovation and the people doing the renos are working very hard to complete the work. Once completed it will be very nice. Everyone we encountered at this place were beyond helpful. Vontinentsl breakfast was excellent and very clean and well kept.

It did not appear clean; halls and room appeared not vacuumed. Some sort of large fluid stain on the bed skirt that appeared to be blood. Very old; tub had peeled to the appearance of being spotted. I paid 250 dollars per night for an "average" room that you would get off the interstate. Very disappointed

The curtains were tored down, carpet was really dirty, smell in the room, TV was not functional , phone was not working. I saw people were using the property as a long term motel.

Nice place, however my bathroom outlets didn’t work, thankfully there’s plenty others. I took a nap earlier in the afternoon, woke up to what sounded like someone trying to come into my room I woke up and went to the door but nothing was there, but it certainly shook me up.

Let’s get this straight. The staff was AMAZING. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Our situation was interesting and the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us, make things go faster and still make sure our stay was good. The hotel does need some touch ups. The rooms are spacious. The area is sketch. The hotel is being used for those who lost their homes in the hurricanes so not all rooms are available. We booked a suite and could not get the suite due to this. Somehow we were able to book the suite although someone was already staying in it. The front desk did give us a discount on a king room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel does feel like an apartment complex due to the folks living there. Just needs some general cleaning and up keep and this could be a great hotel.
