Very clean property . Beautiful condo with everything you need at your finger tips . I did not like being directly over the pool on the lower corner condo which also was directly next to a renovation / construction area on the motel next door . It was just so noisy and not private at all . We had to put a sheet up to block looking at the construction being done and for privacy . I hated having people in the pool at the jacuzzi constantly looking up at the balcony while we were sitting out there . It wasn’t quiet at all . You pay more for the corner rooms and get less privacy . Even the windows on that side faced the other building and we needed to keep all of the shades down . Blocking all the light out . Totally understand the terrible hurricane damage and need for work but I disliked the condo for those reasons I mentioned . The “ bar” was sporadically open and the hours kept changing . I would not call it as advertised for sure . I assume lack of help . Over all it was great to see the ocean and convenient to walk . Not sure I would return but not due to the staff or lack of cleanliness or responsiveness .

Pros: - Parking was limited on property - close walk to beach and nearby restaurants, stores, etc. - cleaning crew was great Cons: - the elevator was broken on arrival but fixed later on - the stairwell does not allow users to get to their rooms from the ground floor, even tho we have wristbands - smoke detector cover was missing in our room Overall, pleasant accommodations and clean. I would stay there again.

The property is very modern and new. Very clean, staff are excellent, always there to assist. Will definitely stay again. One thing I would say, which I’m sure all of the resorts on the beach work the same way, but I feel that the beach chairs and umbrellas should be included in the resort fee.

We stayed in a premium two bedroom two bathroom condo with a full kitchen, washer dryer, and large balcony over looking the ocean. The place was spacious and comfortable. The unit came with one king bed and one queen bed. The staff was available at the front desk 24/7 and the cleaning and maintenance crew was visible keeping up with keeping the property looking and running great. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a great place to spend time. We also loved the lounge chairs provided in the sandy area beyond the pool. This was a great place to catch some sun without going all the way to the shore line. We loved the beach view and access. The ocean was warm and the waves were tiny. We also liked the beach sidewalk that was one mile long. The condo balcony had great sunsets. There is a beautiful Publix that is 0.6 miles away so we placed an Insta delivery order on the first day to have breakfast and lunch at home. This was quick and easy and delivered to our door. We also popped back there for items when needed. This was our first time to Treasure Island and found the restaurant options to be extremely casual and limited. Most restaurants were bars that served food. They played music and looked fun for partying and hanging out but less great for family dinners with freshly prepared entrees. This type of restaurant seems to be what is most available in this area and surrounding towns. We left the island two nights to find better quality food options.
