the AC in the room was not working so the maintenance showed up shortly but could not fix the problem. the next day reception called me and when she heard my frustration she quickly transferred my call to the hotel Manager. He went to the room himself and he made sure the AC was working properly. He even offered free dinner for 4 of us and waived resort fees. I have traveled to many parts of US and the world but the service and the ocean views were spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel for business, pleasure even weddings.
