Ideal location for the beach and free parking made this place an easy option for us. The room had everything needed for our family of 5. Late check in meant my car pass and room key were provided on a box by reception which was easy. The only issue I had was not being able to contact them by email from the UK?? I had to wait until I was in the US and then use a US phone to inform them of my late check in. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is close to the beach making the stay super convenient to get around the area. Early checkout before 8 am was made easy by just leaving card in room, making that super seamless for early travelers getting home on early flights. Overall recommend it if you're traveling to Clearwater for weekend getaway!

2 stars - Would not stay here again. What I liked: free parking, close to the beach What I didn't like: it didn't feel safe. I travel by myself a lot and this is the first place I didn't feel safe at. So many sirens and all through the night noise. I chose this hotel thinking it would be quieter since it was at the end of the beach walk. In addition it felt dirty (trash on the floors to the elevator, smoking area right by the elevator and ping pong table, pool water cloudy, the room looked clean on the surface but the floor was filthy; I spilt some water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the towel was black from the floor filth, bathtub was dirty and gross around the nonslip mat inside the tub) furniture was old, stained and missing paint, blinds had broken slates, baseboards where missing paint and dirty. Noisy (the rooms must have paperthin walls because I could hear the people in the room talking and doing other intimate things, you could hear traffic noise all night, sirens throughout the night, doors opening and closing, the elevator dinging etc) Check in staff was rude and acted like I was a huge bother to her (not a good first impression. The housekeeping staff was nice, as was the check out staff) Overall I would not stay here again.

Booked this place because the reviews were very good and the surrounding properties were much more expensive. We were concerned when we first pulled in because the exterior is not elegant or glamorous, looks dated from the exterior, but the room was fantastic for the price. Beds were SUPER comfy, and the room was very quiet, surprisingly because there was a lot of traffic noise once outside. They even included a separate fan and makeup wipes, and it was squeaky clean. It's an excellent alternative to not spending a ton of money on lodging. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach. Clean and convenient with old Florida charm, sandwiched between newer boxy high rises. Very nice, clean heated pool. Parking, beach chairs, sand toys for kids and other amenities included. Kitchenette with all needed amenities. All in all a great stay. 10 out of 10.
