Fantastic location, grocery stores, shopping , restaurants, parks, fishing with in 10 minutes away. 3 minutes to 275N/S, 5 minutes to downtown. Wake up with bird singing, enjoy a nice relaxing swim , lay by the pool enjoy the sunshine.

Sweet in St.Pete

Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay at your house. My family was in for my daughters wedding and this is their notes:I highly recommend staying there. The property is extremely clean and secure in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and everything you need for feeling at home. The pool was refreshing and the patio area was used a lot! Located close to grocery stores and the highway. The daily visit from the squirrel waiting for peanuts is also great. Disappointing location

Pool was nice but no lanai. Only had table umbrella to get shade. House had poor curb appeal. Neighborhood not inviting! Beds were comfortable . Location of garbage pails was not clear. Glad there was a gas stove and toaster oven . Plenty of towels.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s so Much bigger than the photos make it seem. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner went above and beyond to fix a small misunderstanding. The pool was nice and refreshing but on the cooler side.

Spring training visit

This property was even bigger than the pictures showed. Great communication with our hostess throughout the entire process. The place was spotless when we arrived. We were 4 adults and a teenager and had plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Perfect Stay

Wayyy better than the pictures!

When we pulled up to the house, we were like, meh... kinda small. That all changed as soon as we opened the door. This place is so much bigger on the inside. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The pool was also spotless.

Great cute house in safe neighborhood

We had a lovely stay for a family reunion in this cute little house near Northeast high school. Very responsive and accommodating host. Very comfortable mattresses and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living area. Nice big dining room table.Great pool in the backyard. And the little porch off the kitchen was where we hung out a lot. We had a lot of fun feeding the squirrel every morning.

Wedding trip

My wife and I as well as my older brother and his wife stayed at the house from September 11th through the 17th. We were in town for my son's wedding on the 14th. Everything I read in the reviews and listing was accurate. All four of us enjoyed the house and had a great first visit to St. Pete. We would stay at the house again if we return.

Great Place!

This property is pretty amazing. When you pull up, the house looks small from the outside but once you go in, it is so spacious! There's a nice size living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom in the front of the house. As you walk through, you'll get the dining room which is nice and spacious, a nice kitchen and in the back of the house is another bedroom with a bathroom as well as a laundry area & an office space. The pool in the backyard is pretty amazing as well, we loved every minute of it! There are a couple of floats to use, a patio table with chairs, and another little table with a few chairs around it as well. It was about 15 minutes from the airport and no more than 10 minutes from a store or Wawa's and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book this place again. Prior to our arrival, our host was great with communication & allowed us to check out later when our flight times were drastically changed. We appreciate her and thank her for the use of her home.

Great place!

We enjoyed the house. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed with plenty of room in the pantry for our groceries. The pool was wonderful and sparkling clean. The house smelled amazing the entire week. We were happy to feed the squirrels when we saw them. It was fun! Location was perfect for everything downtown St Pete.
