Do yourself a favour and stay here if you are in St. Pete’s! Absolutely adored our stay at the Inn on Third. The location was easy to reach, parking for the hotel was amazing and the hotel itself was lovely! Really amazing decor style, and the property itself was well taken care of. The staff are phenomenal, Brian was amazing, super helpful about everything in the local area and couldn’t have done more to make our stay as pleasant and memorable as possible! A brilliant hotel with amazing staff, I would 100% stay again if I’m in the area.

Charming boutique hotel with quite a history in the center of it all. The owners and staff are fantastic. Excellent location and great free off street reserved parking next to the property.
