The sliding glass door didn't open, went to front desk and she said pull hard; I did and the handle fell off making me fall over. Door still didn't open key card didn't work and couldn't watch television. Told front desk about television and explained that the screen stated no guest checked in at room 124...I was in room 101. She said maintenance wasn't there and couldn't fix it.the not tub didn't work and pool had leaves in it with no filter running.

Location was nice. Beach is there if you want to walk a mile to get there. Hot tub doesn't work. Pool is very small. A majority of the front desk workers are unfriendly and unaccomodating. The night auditor was great!!! Also sucked they decided to test fire alarms at 8am on a Friday and they kept testing until about 10am!!!

Wi fi not working on second floor or in room far from reception, doors and windows old, rusty tub in bathroom, had to change room because mine was with wet floor, a maintanace guy went in to check, he left. One hour later I go to check with the reception and they tell me their maintenace guy told them to change my room but no one cared to let me know. It used to be my favourite place before covid.

My reasoning for this rating is not the property itself. The property wasn’t bad. It was actually the management. I as a customer that an incident of the headboard fell of the wall and onto my head pretty hard there heavy. My husband went down to the front desk and let them know and they switched us to another room. Now a customer in your hotel was injured and inconvenienced and when we checked out the manager didn’t come out the office to ask or say I’m sorry, or are you okay. Very unprofessional.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The property boast it being a resort however it is not it is more like a motel. I would not recommend it and i would not go back. It did not live up to its hype.

Very much an older beaten up room. Main areas a tad better. Thinnest tissues and toilet paper I’ve ever seen. I actually didn’t know it could be manufactured this thin and poorly. I am not overstating this. I stayed at Hampton Inn before and after making this place a 1 star maybe 2 star in comparison. Broken tiles, broken fridge plastics, bottom of doors rotted. Everything worked though, very spacious, extremely clean, good beds, decent pillows, good shower, hot water. Price was very right. So overall a good place to lay down one’s head with proper expectations. The vent in the bathroom for example looked like it was growing a full beard. Gross but, whatever. Poor management and maintenance as that takes many weeks to accumulate.

Very well placed, just across road from beach access, although hurricane damage to loos / shop at access not been done. Very handy for walking to fab restaurants - VIP Lounge Mexican, and R Bar for fish, to name just two. Hotel itself is clean, rooms are exceptionally spacious, great coffee and iced water free in reception. No breakfast available. Breakfast room is now just an empty space. Breakfast used to be good. Shame. There is a bar, but we did not use it, so can't comment on prices. Overall, a good visit. Recommended.

Close to beach and good dining in area Gas grill on property 2out of burners did not work and propane bottle went empty , got second bottle that barley lasted for two burgers got 3rd bottle from outside headers then only one burner . Desk was aware called maintenance, nothing happened . The housekeeping staff was very good
