An open floor plan with cool tile floors and tranquil coastal decor creates a welcoming vibe inside. This property has been fully remodeled and features new furniture, decor, flooring, and paint, as well as brand-new beds. Pick up local seafood and craft a feast to remember in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the butcher block island for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the adjacent dining table with seating for six. After your meal, unwind in the open living area, furnished with a sectional and a 39” TV with a DVD player.

You’re just steps to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. You'll also enjoy access to luxurious amenities, including a sparkling pool. The trolley stops right across the street and can take you to destinations from Clearwater to Pass-a-Grille. For a family outing, stroll through the beautiful grounds at Tiki Gardens right across the street from your condo, or play a game of mini-golf and feed the alligators at Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf less than a half-mile away. Take a short drive to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary to learn more about local wildlife.

Fantastic location!

The beach was right out our door. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful sunset view from it. Condo was very nice, beds were comfortable and we loved the beautiful sectional couch! The beach chairs were in pretty tough shape. We ended up buying new and leaving them for the next guests to enjoy! A couple more bath towels would have been nice too. Fantastic stay overall!

Good place but could use some small improvements

Overall size of the unit was sufficient for what we needed. The reserved parking space was tight to get in and out of. While location is on the beach, unit does not face the water. Sent message below to customer service and have not received a reply. Just wanted to give some feedback that one of the beach chairs is broken because it is rusted through at the foot. The spatula is terrible and the non stick pan does not work as non stick. There are also no hot mits to use the oven. You also need to update some of the interior and exterior pictures as there has been some furniture changes inside and the building outside has been painted. The kitchen faucet is stuck on the hard spray option and won't change to the gentle stream and the sliding screen door to the patio doesn't slide.

Perfect Beach Condo!!

We absolutely loved this beach condo. It is just steps from the beach and the wraparound patio gives a corner view of the water. Our family of three fit perfectly with room to spare. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, short of spices and things like foil, etc. We had a few meals in and also enjoyed short walks/drives to local restaurants. Some favorites were Groupers, Kenny’s Korner, DJs Clam Shack and Bay 1 Ice Cream. It was obvious the community is still getting back on its feet after last year’s storms and we were happy to support local businesses. Everything was lovely, especially the amazing sunsets, and we hope to be back!

Excellent place

The condo was a great place for our beach staycation. We don’t live far, just over the bridge in Tampa, but not having to trek back after lounging at the beach was amazing. The condo is on the beach, you go down the elevator and walk to the beach no crossing streets, it’s great. Something to note for someone who may care, the balcony does not over look the beach, it looks at the street. This was not a bother for us, but may be an issue for someone wanting to watch sunset from the balcony. Overall I would book this again in a heart beat.

We had a wonderful time at Indian Rocks. The unit was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We loved the beach and the pool area was large and well cared for. Looking forward to visiting here again.

Good stay & location

Water was great. Stay was clean, though some of the kitchen cookware, tools & utensils were very worn out and some rusted, like tea kettle. Could probably replace some of them. But overall, had a good time before Tropical Storm, Debby start pouring and being stuck the last 2 days.

Beautiful roomy condo

We had a wonderful time! You can see the beach from the side of the balcony. We loved watching the sunsets every night out at the beach. There is 2 bedrooms with one king bed in each and one bedroom has a bathroom inside. The other bathroom is in the hall. There is a couch in the dining room and a wrap around couch in the living room so lots of room from lounging around or if you have an extra kid to sleep

Great price and location

We loved this spot. Easy to get on and off the beach and to the pool from the room. There were more beach amenities than listed including towels, chairs, umbrellas, noodles, coolers galore and beach toys.

Great location at nicely finished

We rented out this unit for a weekend getaway with some friends. Building is older, but unit is nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Pool and chairs were nice, but it is next to the road if that bothers you. We enjoyed our time hanging there. Would stay there again if coming back to the area.

Quick Fla Trip

We did a short 3 1/2 day trip and loved every minute. Crammed about a weeks worth of adventure into that time. Everything was great about the unit. There was one small hiccup with the lack of access code for the stairwell and elevator, but that was quickly resolved by the management company. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Nice location quite place. Everyone seems to be in bed by 10pm in the area

Great stay. We had a few questions when we got there and the call backs were pretty quick to respond. Would like to to have the grill area have charcoal and a lighter. I bought a bag and left it for another. We talked to 13 people who lived within a 2-8 miles radius of our home state. Great time thank you!!

Getting into the was awful. The code that were sent to me for the pool, beach and elevator in advance were wrong. The key code in to the condo did not work the second day so was locked out till I got some help from Vacas and waited 2 hours for someone to come and fix it. Had a difficult time finding the lock box to get a set of keys and the code given to me also did not work , after trying 4 different codes I finally got the keys. There was not beach chairs in the condo and stated in the description so had to call again and have them get us some. Another waste of time waiting. And closet for your clothes was a joke. Only got 1/2 of a closet and 4 hangers to use and hang up clothes, other half of the closet was filled with lumber, vacuum cleaner, spare bedspread and wooden chairs among other items. There was not extra sheets or pillow cases or towel in the unit. and the towels were pretty shabby. You got 1 towel , face cloth and hand towel for two people using a bathroom. the rugs in the hall bathroom were very dirt , look like they had not been cleaned for months. The pictures on web page is not what was in the unit for living room. The sofa and love seat was very saggy and uncomfortable. It was a plastic leather that you stuck to when getting up. The TV was stuck in a corner and looked like it was on an old desk or sewing machine cabinet. So if you wanted to watch TV you had to crank you neck to the right to see it. I have rent condos before in Florida , but by far this was the worse one ever. Sorry just being honest.

Most stressful unrelaxing week

There was no lock box key so we were never able to get in the stairwell or get access to grill off stairwell/ even when the facility decided it was time to paint the floor in front of the only elevator- then we had to wait until someone came along to let us into the stairwell The air conditioner was not working for 3 1/2 days and couldn’t sleep even with fans it was so hot and humid Hairs left in bathroom when we arrived Coffee maker not clean Only one smoke detector in whole unit- the friend who stayed with us is a judge and stated that was a safety violation I called and texted about air conditioner each day until finally fixed - it was very difficult to communicate with someone regarding the issues- the response time was very slow and delayed No help with obtaining a stairwell key I did text and asked for reimbursement of money spent to rent this property for a week- I will continue to pursue this as it was a most stressful vacation and I was embarrassed to host my friends for the week, especially when no one could sleep for the first half of the week stay I did take photos for documentation I hope to hear from someone regarding getting some reimbursement- Carol Carder

A few thoughts

The condo was clean at first sight. I did however find stuff under the furniture after I gave a #5 rating on the text about cleanliness. Also a shelf of some sort would be nice in the master shower for people with back problems. You might update info in your listing as far as the balcony doesn't really see much beach now days since neighboring condos trees have grown. I also think a heads up in the info that you have a small cooler available for use. The towels in the guest bathroom seemed to be very small per our family.

Nice getaway

Property only has 1 elevator. Had 3 different codes - elevator, gate to beach and gate to pool. Unit assigned parking space less than ideal unless you have a compact car. Management team takes a while to respond to emails, but phone calls work well. We did enjoy our unit and the beach is very nice. Pool lounge chairs needed repairs for several. Unit is well equipped and clean.
