The motel seems to be improving; considering previous reviews. Our room was clean and appeared to be freshly painted, with a tidy bathroom and fresh towels. The in-room kitchen had a good selection of appliances and utensils, though we only used the fridge. However, we found dead bugs in the tub and shower window on our second night, which was unpleasant. Noise from a loud argument in the neighboring room made it hard to sleep. On a positive note, members of staff were polite and courteous during our stay. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive aspects but room for improvement.

The property was unsafe and the room was unclean. There was no staff present upon arrival.I had to locate a staff member to check-in and then she disappeared after I check-in. Expedia should have these properties inspected before placing them on their website. This property was definitely not what was represented on the website.

The hotel pictures on Expedia website are not true close to reality. The hotel is unsafe with peoples milling around and more. The condition is poor at best. The room was like a detention center you see on TV. I opened the door to room laid the key down and left. I would stay in my car before staying overnight I lost the cost of the room as I went to another hotel. Beware of photos on websites.

Filthy hotel, really run down rooms, with electrics hanging off walls, exposed sockets, and cables stuck together with tape. The bath enable had totally peeled away, and was very shabby. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very expensive for one night stay, and needs total refurbishment

This property has potential, but it is way too far from it. The first impresion of the property once you arrive is questionable. People in surrounding areas like parking lot, seating in front of their rooms and the pool looks questionable. Photos are professionally taken, but the place real life is far far away from the photos. The basics or foundation, or better say.. expectations of a hotel/motel that is cleaning, organization, safety, appearance, it all failed with this hotel. Even the admin office ladies, they were really nice, but the came in to check me in with a 2xxl shirt and cigarettes. The room itself smell like cigarette. I am being pllite and respectful with this review, but what i say it is the reality. After a police officer knock at our door asking if i heard a fight next door, we decided to expend more koney and go to a real hotel. We ended up leaving after 4 hours.

Don’t stay here

This stay in st Pete was terrible! Dirty and no one was even at the front office… it was over all terrible… I didn’t feel safe at all and we ended up not even staying there!

This place is an old crackhead motel that is under new management. They've slapped a new coat of paint over everything, installed a new window AC, and called it good. This is NOT a $100 / night place!!
