This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath OCEANFRONT condominium sits on one of the most pristine sandy white beaches in the western Gulf of Mexico-Madeira Beach. Our smaller complex offers the seclusion and privacy of a romantic getaway for two or can accommodate a family vacation filled with endless activities both on site and within walking distance from the property.

Contact free check in with a keyless code entry door. However someone is available to assist you during your stay. In fact, for your arrival we love to chat with you and make sure you made it in ok and have everything you need.

We are across the street from Dockside Dave-a popular local seafood restaurant. There are two grocery stores nearby as well as other restaurants and souvenir shops. We are also less than 2 miles from John’s Pass boardwalk.

Madeira Beach is directly between Saint Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach, and has the same beautiful sand and blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico John’s Pass boardwalk has several restaurants and shops, but it also has excursions that you can go out on for the day like deep-sea fishing, dolphin, sightseeing, sunset, tour and even a pirate Cruise. You can also rent JetSki‘s here and go parasailing.

Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, loungers, and grill. You will have a code for the building which will be included in your check in instructions. Please take note of that the day before arrival as the building may be locked depending on the time you arrive. Your front door code will be the last 4 numbers of your phone number on the reservation. Please make sure this number is up to date. If it isn’t please email us with the updated number.

This is a remodeled unit in the center of the building with a balcony that extends the furthest for the best view! The kitchen is very well appointed and is beautiful with its granite countertops and glass tile backsplash. The master bedroom has a king bed a walk-in closet a vanity and an en suite bathroom but most of all it has it’s own balcony access to look out at the ocean!
The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom is quite spacious and has a queen bed and a full bed.
This condo is on the first level and right next to the elevator which makes it quick and easy to get down to the pool whether you take the elevator or the stairs.

There is a trolley as well as a thriving Uber and Lyft share ride hub. Car rentals and Turo rentals are widely available also.

Seaview has a sparkling clean pool and spa and it is gas heated. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower and reserved parking. You will have one reserved parking space. Seaview 103 is in the center of the building with the balcony that is extended the furthest with excellent views of the beach and the pool.
The pool area closes at 10 and the beach gate is locked at that time too. There is another beach access to the left of the condo, if you are facing the beach, by using the sidewalk.
