We suggest a door to separate suite off the bottom of the stairs. It appears the host did not minamalize the amount of noise in the am. Host responded to cell service question promply”

“We were a group of 10 - fifty women in Winnipeg for a two night stay. There was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bonus was three full bathrooms and a half bathroom which made getting ready easy. We were within 2 km ride to a grocery store which was also convenient.Property is located a nice quiet street with a covered front entry balcony - nice to sit in the morning for a coffee.
