Emmons Realty is quite excited to add this home to our rental pool. Redfern Village is right across the street with several local shops and restaurants including a local favorite Southern Soul BBQ, which was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and is a 3-minute walk from the home. The charming coastal tabby cottage with blue shutters sits on 222 Circle Drive, conveniently located near Frederica and Demere Road. We are 1.8 miles from the beach and 2.5 miles from the Village and Pier.
This tastefully remodeled home is ready to accommodate those looking for a quiet escape to the beach. With eight stairs leading up to the one-story bungalow, as you walk in you will find the master bedroom to your left with a king bed, two spacious closets with a luggage rack, and a 55” flat screen TV. The master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.
To your right of the hallway entrance is a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Cuisinart and Keurig coffee maker and a dining table for four. Attached is an oversized laundry room with an additional refrigerator and a butler's pantry. Walking through the kitchen you will enter the rear living room with a 55” flat screen TV, a comfortable 3 seater sofa, and an armchair.
As you walk through the living area, to the left of it lies the second bedroom situated with a full-sized bed, closet with a luggage rack, and a 55” flat-screen TV. There is a guest bath between the master bedroom and the guest room with a step-in shower.
Off the living area, there is a flex room leading out to the back deck equipped with a queen size pull-out couch. This will be the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Below the large deck lies an oversized fenced backyard offering plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and for the kids to play, and a charcoal and gas grill.
Parking is available for 3 cars in the front of the home with additional room for a golf cart. The house is a 7-minute car ride and 12-minute bike ride to the closest public beach entrance and the Village and Pier.
A 220-volt, 50-amp receptacle is available for Electric Vehicle Charging. There is a $10 fee per day of your stay if you intend to use the charger. Monthly discounts are available. You will need your own adapter cable.
Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.
