"The check-in process was not very straight-forward. I had to email back and forth a few times for each item including wi-fi, parking, etc. also, the room was small. Other than that, the room was very clean and renovated. Nice location m!"

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."
