On Saturday night I got locked out of my room for over 2 hours then finally a local got ahold of the office lady who was not in the office then couldn’t find the mater key card then told me could I climb balcony to balcony which I had no choice then missed all my reservations for the night because I couldn’t leave my room or I would be locked out for the night and morning so I am very very disappointed in this reservation

We only had power on one side of our room. The bathroom had no power, therefore no way to shower. The grounds around our room were very unkept. The area around the restaurant and pool were very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If not for the exception of the staff we might have left. The room was clean just not ready for guests. It appeared our room was being updated, but not ready. No one told us and we had been traveling since 3AM to get there, not about to look for another room. We made the best of it and moved on since it was only one night.

We’ve been to St. Thomas many times but this our first time at this place. It’s a bit off the beaten track, overlooking Magens Bay. Keeping in mind that we were there in the super slow season we were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette and a balcony that overlooked Magens Bay. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast/lunch place and a full service restaurant on the premises. Both were excellent. There are many cats on the premises- apparently the owner runs a cat rescue. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough. The view from our unit was amazing, overlooking Magens Bay Beach and the mountains, so if you have the option to stay on the building on the back side of the resort, definitely recommended. Plus the onsite coffee shop has great bagels and coffee, adds to the experience of having breakfast looking at the view.

I have been to St. Thomas a number of times, but the first time here. Flamboyan was a very nice change of pace. Itbis self-sufficient with a cafe, restaurant, and bar on-premise. It also has two pools, a tennis court, hot tubs, and wonderful lounge area outside the restaurant. We enjoyed it very mush and will absolutely book here again.

The room was outdated,steps were too much and poorly lit at night! The bar on premises did not accept credit cards!! Cash only! The north grind breakfast grill was awesome!! If this resort is available BOOK IT NOW!! Gorgeous views!!!! Two amazing pools. Beautiful paths to walk along. The sweetest kittens. And the nicest staff ever. The room was so quiet and just sitting on the balcony with nice cup of coffee was the perfect place to spend my mornings while there. There is a quaint coffee shop that has some of the best coffees and sandwiches. My favorite is the ham and fig. The simple little things make the best stays. The bed was very comfy. Water pressure was excellent. Remember you’re on the island so resources like electricity and water are some of the most expensive, so turn off the lights when you leave and keep showers simple. If you need pool or beach towels grab them the first day you are there and swap them only if you need to. Everything was very clean. Huge plus was the kitchenette and the medium sized refrigerator. We went to Kmart to grab snacks and waters and other stuff and it all fit. The taxi driver Stacy, she came to the hotel and told us so much about the island. There is a great photo opportunity in front of one of the most beautiful trees on the resort grounds. Even though the resort is still recovering from Hurricane Marie and Irma they are working on getting some of the shops back open. But the restaurant and bar are open and get option for dinner. Overall the Flamboyan made our stay phenomenal.
