A comfortable resort very close to the airport. Rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Some have mini fridge and microwave but some do not. No restaurant, but free coffee and muffins.

Amenities are a bit Stone Age but didn’t bother us, it’s an Island hotel on the bay with a tiki bar and a healthy pour with a pool and the bay and a balcony. No brainer for the price! Next up St John

The property is gorgeous, beautiful foliage, but needs updating. Also description needs updating— no longer shuttles to Emerald beach, the restaurant is closed, etc. The Villas are at the top of the hill; but no golf carts available which excludes physically challenged. The staff were very responsive, but can only do so much. The previous sister property appears to be in better position since change in management.

I would never recommend this hotel for anyone even it's just for one night. the place is in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. I ended up having to change my room three times! due to so many issues. The first day within an hour of being there the toilet would not flush. We were headed to the beach so I notified the front desk and they said someone would fix it. Went back to the hotel in the evening and had to call down to front desk again because no one ever came. That night the AC stopped working. It kept giving an error code. At 2AM that morning, we had to be temporarily moved to another room. The second room was bigger however lots of water damage and room wreaked of mildew and tv did not work. The following day we were able to go back to our room but ended up having the same issue with AC and toilet had clogged up again. The repair guy was very rude and unprofessional and told us that there wasn't and issues with the toilet although clearly it was. He said the AC remote just needed batteries so he changed that and then left. That same night AC stopped working again! and we ended up having to be moved to our third room. Third room, toilet clogged, phone did not work, we went from having low water pressure in the bathroom to it completely not working. I"m guessing they got tired of me complaining because we stepped out for dinner and upon arriving back they clearly entered our room without our permission and left the door open. There's so much more to say but no room!

After reading reviews I wasn’t really sure what to expect. But when I say I was pleasantly surprised that would be an understatement. The place was beautiful the view was breathtaking and the faculty was so accommodating. Their restaurant was closed but their sister property across the bay was open and it was equally awesome I can’t recommend this place enough. When traveling to St Thomas keep in mind it’s an island there is ALOT of water so properties aren’t going to be the Ritz if it’s safe clean and offers great amenities be grateful! We will be staying here again!

Pros: Friendly staff and clean room, easy walk to airport (5-7 minutes) Cons: No restaurant on site as advertised (closed), no other restaurants within a 15-minute walk, Dominos was the only food delivery option. We also had a large tear in our fitted sheet which was odd that the staff didn't catch that. They did bring up a replacement promptly but they just handed it to us so we had to change our own bed. Not great service on that front.

This was my first time staying at this property and it will definitely be the ONLY and LAST time. The rooms at this hotel are dated. There's old wicker furniture as decor in the rooms. I had to force myself to eat all my food or waste money by throwing food away because there was no refrigerator in my room to store my leftovers to take for lunch the next day. Secondly, the mosquito problem at this hotel is unbelievable. My room had dead mosquitoes on the floor and was swarming with live ones. My first night I killed about 6 mosquitoes in my room. Not too mention I was grossed out to see the amount of dead mosquitoes smashed against the walls, headboard, door and the ac unit. My second night coming to my room there were more mosquitoes than the first night. The front desk provided me with mosquito spray which helped but didn't do much because I woke up the next morning to 5 mosquito bites on my face. Not to mention after spraying the baby roaches that came out added fuel to the fire. My toilet was not bolted to the ground. I was so frustrated with the mosquito issue that I requested for no one to enter my room while I was not there. It was a stay from hell. I travel to St. Thomas once a month for work and for this to be my first stay at this hotel it was disappointing. I might as well have slept in my rental and use the bathroom at my office to wash up daily. I hope that the owners of this property do an overhaul and make some serious upgrades to the rooms. It's really needed.

Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was the highlight of my stay. However, contrary to what I saw on the website I didn’t have access to the business center and the Internet service was terrible. I was not able to work virtually ( which was something that I had anticipated)

It is really close to the airport. The view of the bay is amazing and you get a rum drink at the lovely bar across the street. The AC works great. There is a TV with 4 channels. I am only staying one night so I wont have to check out much more. The noise was during the day, i slept great and it was very quiet

The room was clean and we had a nice balcony the bathroom is clean but small but the water pressure was good and the water was hot a/c worked great and the bed was very comfortable I did read some reviews that said it wasn’t nice but I disagree with those reviews because we stayed for nine days and had a great time and I must say the rum punch at check in was very tasty and not weak
