“Great location connected to major mall SM Lanang, near to everything including a Catholic church. Service was very prompt, friendly and great. Coffee shop served good eats at reasonable prices. Swimming pool on second floor good for a dip and some exercise. Cleanliness topnotch! Not luxurious but good for seeing Davao City. Rooms quite basic, no pillow choices or bathrobes. Enough electrical outlets for gadgets.”

“I enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was a little old-looking but comfortable enough for me. I had a balcony room, which was nice for sitting out there with a local brew, watching a bustling street.”

“I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. ”

“第二次入住，上次只住了一晚所以感覺不錯，此次連住一週可以深入感受到此住宿的優劣各方面。 優點房價便宜，有室外泳池，員工都很友善，位置近NCCC MALL及MTS乘的士往各處150P左右 缺點室內水壓不足，大廰各處蚊患嚴重，房價不包早餐而向員工表示付款享用早餐，員工拒絕。”

“It’s my first time to stay this hotel. At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY! So we went out and stay inside the car until 2pm. No mirror at the room. The mirror is found inside the toilet only. The TV was not working. The worst thing was their……
