“This place was wonderful and great Breakfast an it’s was clean! Will stay here again.”

“This is a diamond in the rough! The owner and staff are working hard to beautify the property and the building. Upon walking in, I could tell they were under minor construction, but when I got to my room I was amazed. As someone who lives out hotels 3-4 days a week for work, I have seen establishments where the people don’t care. This place is nothing like that. These folks are geared towards hospitality (something that is hard to find these days). The room was honestly the cleanest hotel room……

“Large studio. Well appointed. Lock box and instructions on how to get key were well communicated. Room was nice. Floor felt a little sticky. Bathroom was very clean.”

“We rented this little house for our family because our son was playing in the Middle school basketball tournament at U of I. The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout.”
