Extremely bad customer services, this person doesn’t want to work here or they are paying bad to her ,
The personal at the counter doesn’t have experience working with people, please 🙏 clean this rooms clean the facilities,
And give them a good training how to talk to people and make it comfortable we are paying your salary with out visiting,
This place is total waste and different from the app , showing nice rooms and is not like that ,
I order specific a Wheelchair room accesible we drive 4 hours and when we get there Charlotte I think it’s her name said she doesn’t know what happened, I make reservations 2 weeks before and now she give me the worst room and the worst location at the end of the hall ,
