“I was very thankful that this property was exactly as described. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and he loved every minute of it. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was awesome. I've lost count of how many times we've arrived at a rental only to find the bare minimum was provided (and sometimes not even that!) but that was certainly not the case here. The row boat/canoe and gym area were my sons favorite. I adored petting and feeding the horses. We all loved hiking along the creek.……

“It is a gorgeous cabin. Nice, stocked kitchen and decent pots/pans/utensils. There are more beds than it appears in photos, which was positive for us. “This cabin was perfect for us! It was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a great location. This was a perfect place to see wildlife. The first morning we woke up to a bunch of baby deer sleeping behind the cabin. The next morning, we even saw a bear cub wandering around. We also saw wild turkeys.”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. It’s just a quiet old farmhouse that is clean and functional for a small family. You’ll do a lot of front porch……
