“Restful stay on the water in a well-equiped boat: check.Beds were comfortable, all amenities included (even games and beach towels), within easy walking distance to restaurants and fabulous ice-cream parlor.Hosts are super-helpful and explained everything upon arrival.Did we like it? You bet! “We needed a place in red Hook near Bard College- this is a great location. It is clean and spacious with AC and ceiling fans. No fold out couch, so unless everyone is sleeping in the bed, bring a bedroll and sleeping bag! ”

“We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! ”
