“The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10”

“Stocked with everything we needed. Outside could use some cleanup, however, it’s been raining forever. I think the pictures made it look like the creek was right there by the patio but it is across the dirt road down a bank. Not far at all to walk to the spot that is in pictures. I did have to fold sheets that were in the dryer and take a load out of the washer and dry & fold also as soon as i got there, the washer and dryer were still running when we arrived. “Overall the stay was great. Communication with the hosts was everything necessary and nothing more. Check-in and check-out processes were simple. Great location, near to all things we wanted to do. “We got together for my 40th and this house was perfect for gaming and hanging out. Huge TVs for Halo, giant table for boardgames, wonderful deck for hanging out and plenty of beds. The only issue was the smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night! But I don't blame the host for this issue as I've had it happen to me at home”

“we rented this house for my daughter‘s high school graduation for extended family members. It was well equipped, extremely cozy and spacious. The owner was amazing and very helpful with any questions we had. I would strongly recommend this to any group looking to stay in the Blairstown area!”

“Had a great stay, wish I could have stayed longer! The fire pit by the creek was the most beautiful view. We were fortunate enough to see a bald eagle fly right over the creek. The host was very nice, responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be back at some point.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. My 6-year-old loved the trampoline, even in frigid temperatures. We stayed during a week when the community amenities were limited and when the weather was bad so we mainly hunkered down inside, cooking, reading, playing games, and having movie nights on the couch. The home looks just like the pictures. The hosts were communicative and always available.”

“We were of 4 families, 15 people total. The house was well equipped to accommodate everyone. Safe for toddlers, Diego has gates installed in front of the stairs. Bigger kids had a blast in the game room and with the bunk beds. Short drive from NYC and still feels remote, with great views woods and mountains, plus a few local farms. Highly recommend!”

"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
