"The property was well presented. The owner communicated promptly and courteously. It was a cold weekend and unfortunately the fire in the back area did not work. However, the fire in the front of the house kept us cosy (and the reverse cycle a/c's)"

The main downside was the parking – charging an extra per night for undercover parking feels unnecessary. It would be better to include this in the overall rate, rather than making it feel like ..."
