“The cabin was perfect! Beautifully set in the woods, but close enough to attractions and shopping if needed. It was neat and furnished with everything we needed, plus some sweet extra touches. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to questions. ”

“The location was awesome. We felt that the place was in a state of remodeling because walls had nails in them, doors needed painting, etc. It had new furniture, celing fans and new flooring which was very nice. We also couldnt take a shower, the water pressure is very low and to go through a big shower head it doesnt do that and we know from personal experience so I would change shower head to a smaller one like we had to do. I would definitely stay here again when the remodel is done.”

“Every year myself and some buddies go on a fishing trip to different lakes in Minnesota. I am glad we picked The ultimate North Cabin Experience as this was one of the best places we have stayed. Check in was simple, the cabin was clean, and was well stocked with everything we needed including towels, toilet paper, very nice cookware, a brand new gas grill, firewood etc. it was also extremely clean and the cabin had a wonderful view and was quiet. “This was a nice place. Nice bedrooms. The beds were a little hard for our old bodies but still nice. The blinds on both patio doors were broken so i didn't want to mess with them much. We could still go in and out the upstairs patio door because that blind was open. It was nice and peaceful. My grandson who just turned 5 came over for a couple hours and he had fun fishing on the dock. We managed to find places to go to eat. We had a nice relaxing time.”

“I was in town for a week for work. The location was perfect, I could bring my dog, the host was polite and quick to respond to questions. Accuracy of listing was a 3 only because it sleeps 4 but there are only 3 kitchen chairs and one bowl for eating in the kitchen; it worked for me but may be an issue for a group of 4. The couch desperately needs to be replaced but is usable. I would stay here again.”

“We loved the old house and all the period furnishings. Mostly we loved that it could fit all of us in one place. A short walk to the nice little beach was great. A short drive to Walker or to Brainerd to explore. We had a wonderful time being together, sitting around a campfire, grilling, and playing in the yard.”
