“Where do I start? The house was spotless, the bedding / linens were amazing (fabric, texture, quality - all of it), and the home is decorated beautifully. Dave and Jenn provide more than basic necessities, including coffee and creamer (and it’s actually good coffee - not a pod). Plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry pods to use, along with paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper—way more than what is usually at a rental home. We had a child under 2 and will stay here again……

“Arrived early and Todd graciously accommodated us. Space is just as pics show. Super comfortable and plenty of space for a family. Outdoor living areas are terrific. Great location and golf cart makes it a breeze to zip into downtown just 5 min away. No concern over water pressure. Was a bit low in shower while toilet refilled after a flush. Otherwise not an issue at all. Todd’s place is comfortable, clean and convenient and has everything you need. Hope to return to Fairhope and stay there……

“The property was exactly as advertised - cozy, historic, two bedroom home only minutes from downtown Mobile. Perfect spot to access a variety of activities in the greater Mobile area and walkable to restaurants on Dauphin Street. Well stocked kitchen was used often during our 6 night stay. The whole check-in/communication process was seamless. I would definitely stay there again when in the area. ”

“Thanks for the great stay at the Shadows. Everything you need is provided. Close to everything in the area. Good safe side walks to explore the neighborhood. I would suggest some sort of handle in the bath tub area for safety. A decorative handle could work. It does not need to be intrusive to the decorative theme. The bed in the room closest to the living room was most comfortable for us. We tried both of course. And the first room is more quiet as you can’t hear the ac compressor……

“ Conveniently located to restaurants around area. We liked its location because we were there for Mardi-Gras parades in Mobile, Daphne and Fairhope. The house was a good getaway from the traffic from parades. Comfortable. ”
