“Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money.……

“You won't be sorry staying here. I travel a lot and have never had better. Located about halfway between St, Mary Entrance and West Glacier entrance. So quite and peaceful sitting on the deck, didn't want to leave.”

“Very clean and all you need. Bed was good. No TV which bummed out my hubby! Twisted my ankle slightly hiking, so never made it down to the bottom of the waterfall. It looked very inviting, but the trail looked pretty steep. Close to East Glacier and good eats! Train is close, but no whistles so it wasn't a bother.”

“This was a marvelous home base for our family's visit to Glacier National Park. The east side of the park, including this property, is beautiful and the stars in the night sky are amazing. Chuck and Vicki are thoughtful and the home is comfortable and well stocked. We hope to stay here again.”

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
