This house, while small on the inside, provided abundant outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy - sunny when the cool morning called for it and shady when the afternoon sun rolled in. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after enjoying dinner at one of the local eateries. We will be booking here again!”

“Very very nice and quite neighborhood”

“This was our 2nd stay at the cottage and already looking forward to our next stay!! Such a lovely property! The hosts Brenda and Aaron are so kind and treated us as family!! The cottage is comfortable and just the right size. The pond is beautiful and we love the fishing and the pedal boat! It’s very peaceful and relaxing just kicking back in a seat and enjoying the scenery, the birds, ducks, geese, elk (Matilda) and the gentle breeze!!! Brenda provides treats/snacks so as the stay is bed and……

“The view really is the best in Payson. The location is great! We were close to everything in town. Fishing was great. Christopher Creek and Tonto were just stocked. The hike up Horton Creek was gorgeous! The rental is very comfortable and the owners were nearby so if we needed anything, it was easy. ”

“Well, the place was nice, but the ad is very deceiving. We wondered why a nice place would still be available over the 4th with good views from the pictures. Turns out it was a guest house, which the pics don't show and we did not see anything posted on the ad. Views were ok. House was nice. Owners were nice. Place was quite. We were just hoping for something more secluded. ”
