“We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! The hist was honestly amazing and accommodating. My best friend and her family live out side of fort plain NY, when I go up to visit this will be my go to house to rent. ”

There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The houses had everything we needed and were very well-maintained and clean. The views on the property are amazing!! Everyone at the reception raved over how beautiful the setting was. We can’t wait to see the……

“The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future ”

“We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”

“My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.”
