“Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again.”

“We had the most perfect time with our stay. Victor is the best communicator I have seen in an owner. He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided. The unit is older, but very clean and well maintained. The building is part of an apartment complex that is set back off a winding country road. The area was really quiet. “Clean, spacious interior for a small apartment, nicely set up. Parking right out front, short walk in with luggage or groceries, ground floor so no steps to climb. Nice place.”

“My family came to the Basement Apartment for the weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays. We had a relaxing but fun day at the pool and pavilion in the owner's backyard. The pool was amazing and very well kept. We had a great steak dinner that we cooked on the Blackstone grill at the apartment entrance. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the oversized couches and the big TV screen for movies. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. And will definitely like to visit again ”
