“Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money.……

“We loved this cute lodge! There are 5 units, each with a loft queen bed, a separate twin loft accessed by a ladder, and a queen futon on the ground floor. The buildings are brand new, and I love the rustic barn door, National park decor, yet very modern with black faucets and kitchen and bath. There are so many places to eat in this quaint town. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Driving up to the property gave us the feel of being super remote and a real feel of being in the wild. The house and condition was spectacular. Rooms were plenty big and beds were comfortable after long hiking days. The location could not have been more convenient for entry to Many Glacier. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
