“My husband and I stayed here with my mom for a wedding in Monroe. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable! Everything was as advertised, and Kooka was an amazing host. She was responsive and accomodated an early check in for us due to needing more time to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in the Atlanta area. Wonderful stay with a great host!”

“It was a nice place, with a beautiful deck the decor in the house was nice everything matched perfectly. The issue was there is a set of train tracks in the back of the house and the train runs every 30minutes to an hour. Also there was renovations going on at the house in front of the home that we were in so workers were there almost everyday, so there was no privacy. “Our stay was wonderful! We were roughly 20-25 mins from where the Vampire Diaries was filmed in Covington. We didn’t have any issues except there were a few wasps but the owner provided us with the sprays to get rid of them. Their 2 dogs were so adorable and friendly. We’d do it again as it was peaceful and relaxing. We appreciate the eggs that were provided as well! Overall, we had a relaxing 2 nights there. ”
