“What a fantastic place, the Kaplans are gracious and friendly. Never have I stayed in a place like this, so clean, tidy and everything is purpose built. Will be going back soon! Definitely a place that breaks away from the stale air of the motels and hotels. So happy I took the chance. ”

“Loved the look and setting of a true log cabin atmosphere. Ample space to hang out with all amenities provided. Only comment would be seemed a bit dark (light bulbs dead and may more lighting needed in the fire place/family area. Just enough distance to not be too far from Elk Mountain. We would go again!”

“Stayed for a Father’s Day weekend with a buddy to fly fish. The cabin was perfect, as was the location. The property makes it seem as if you’re in a remote location, but it’s a 3 minute drive into town. The land itself is beautiful, and really well kept. As for the cabin, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything you’d need. Its location to the river system was great, and we couldn’t have asked for more..”

“The cabin was great, very cute and exactly fit my needs, the owners were very accurate in information listed. The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm.
