“对这家酒店，唯一的遗憾是住得太短了！我们到达已经很晚，酒店的中国妹子一直电话指导路线，非常热心，开门的音乐、红酒等等营造了特别好的氛围。如果再去墨尔本，一定拨出时间来静静的在酒店待两天。”

“Everything includes the location is perfect just the air condition is out of order”

“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. No mini bar or cold water provided in the rooms either, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room, which was surprising. The hotel bar drinks were on the expensive side,……

“Reception just works from 7:30 - 21:00, forgot to bring the key, couldn't enter the room.”

“My family live in Glen Waverley, so we staying here is very convenient. The Glen shopping center, Metro station, bus station & some restaurants are very close with hotel. The hotel facilities are also very good and clean, but there are not enough Body Wash and toilet paper (I stayed 9 nights). Also, I can’t access the Wi-Fi. Anyway, I will stay here again.”
