“Great little studio for your stay in CDA. Everything was great. Full sized stove and fridge. A few necessities available. The host even left us fresh local coffee beans. French press and coffee machine and kettle - lotsa options!No dishwasher. Hand held shower The only annoyance was having to open a lock box to get the keys and that the front door needs two keys instead of one. ”

“Stayed here over a long weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The location was within 15 min of everywhere we needed to go in Spokane. The apartment was great with everything we needed. Check in was a bit confusing because I didn’t realize it was a gated property. Communication with the property manager was fine as they usually responded within 24 hours. Really nice walking paths around the area. I would stay here again. ”

“The good: Modern, nice, great location. Entry complicated so be patient with codes. Fenced parking. Bed firm. Mostly clean, plenty of towels, coffee, etc. The bad: booking experience worst ever. Paid via VRBO, but then told it was partial payment and figure it out. Card good, no reason this should happen. Contacted host via VRBO, they said not sure why, figure it out. VRBO has no way to do that, so I asked how to pay and host sent list of Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, but VRBO’s inbox blanks out.……

“The house and views were amazing!! I wanted a secluded house in the lake and that is exactly what I got. The house was very clean and had anything we might have needed. I was able to unwind and recharge. The property managers were amazing too. The water pressure was nonexistent, I called and it was fixed within 4 hours. Now that’s what I call service. Thanks Brent.
