“Very good hotel”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Great location. Only issue with the hotel was the aircon didn’t work and the room was stifling hot. Plus the fridge was overheating to a dangerous level. Otherwise all good”

“Bra hotell. Eldre stil. God seng. Bra renhold på bad. Bra trådløst Wifi. Beliggenhet er bra, men en må gå et stykke for å komme til "sentrum". Kort avstand til noen gode spisesteder. Personalet veldig bra. Gode i engelsk. Hjelper deg enkelt med taxi til flyplassen. Hotellet har badebasseng og badstue. De tilbyr morgenkåper og tøfler. Egen vert i bassengområdet som gir deg ekstra håndklær. Frokost på hotellet ble ikke forsøkt. ”

“Very friendly and kind staffs! I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time. I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions. I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi. They arranged so smoothly with kind suggestions! Comfortable equipment, kind staffs, I really recommend this hotel. I am traveling around the worlds and stayed so many international hotels. But I really recommend this hotel.”

“2019/06 去住了13天, 可能因為是新的飯店, 網路蠻慢的, 讓我想在飯店裡面工作很困難. House keeping的品質也不是很穩定, 浴室清潔的不是很乾淨. 早餐及飯店人員的服務我覺得還不錯.”

“The staff were friendly and kind , the hotel was clean . No elevator but upart from that everything was very good and our family were pleased . Also the location of the hotel was very good. ”

“We went here for Valentine's Day it was the perfect location with the perfect price. We brought our little dog too and was no problem. This place has high end finishings in the room, high ceilings and very nice underground pool which was awesome because it snowed. Can't recommend enough. ”
