This phenomenal 3-bedroom house offers a queen bed, 4 twin beds, and a bunk bed for a fantastic night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and bidet, guests will feel right at home. Plus, there's an additional office space with a comfy sofa bed for extra convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Upper Kingsbury at Stateline has to offer.
The property is located at walking distance to Kingsbury North Trailhead. It's at 7 min driving distance to Boulder lift parking, 10 min drive to Stagecoach lift parking and 12 min drive to Heavenly Village (Gondola).

Our stay was perfect for our large family, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. It was a great spot for a winter getaway, even though we didn’t hit the slopes, and the drive to the casinos wasn’t too long. The home had a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the season. It worked out really well for our group, and we would definitely stay here again for a large gathering!
