Note: Our property is located near Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, it’s just a short, easy 5-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you're walking or skiing, you'll love the close proximity to the slopes!

This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe and we will take great care of you once you reach the top of the stairway to our Heavenly condo. During your stay, enjoy complete privacy within our condo. Also, as part of the community, you'll have access to the Clubhouse Pool and Hot Tub, conveniently located at the rear of our building. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a quick drive, these amenities are easily accessible. The hot tub remains open year-round for your relaxation, while the heated swimming pool awaits during the summer season, offering a refreshing retreat for our guests.

We won't bother you unless you need something :-) We will be accessible for guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app should you have any questions about your stay or the area.

We look forward to welcoming you to the area and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have about your stay!

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

We have you covered with all the essentials during your stay. Our amenities include linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, a new sponge with each turnover, laundry detergent, and much more to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience.

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
