First of all when we checked in the two people working behind the desk, were dressed in very casual, not at all professional clothing, no name tags, and they looked like they would pretty much rather be anywhere else but working there. When we got to the room, the door was wide open , which was a little concerning. Thankfully, the weather wasn’t bad because of course, all of these rooms enter directly from the outside. The room was not clean, the floor is some sort of laminate, and when walking around in my socks, my feet were sticking to the floor.
This is supposed to be a hotel with convention/conference center, yet the room had no closet… So for anyone traveling professionally, don’t expect to have a room where you can hang a suit or dress or freshly pressed clothes. When closing the door from the tiny toilet/shower room, a giant piece of what looked like potentially someone’s beard shavings swooshed out onto the floor in front of me. The baseboard around the door frame to the bathroom is not attached and folds back away from the wall about 4 inches into the hallway.
The heating/air-conditioning is one of those monsters old units that is underneath the window, and while I’m used to them being loud, this one was UNBELIEVABLY loud, it made it very difficult to get any sleep because every time it clicked on in the night it would wake you up, and I’m not exactly a light sleeper.
Breakfast was pitiful, coffee machine broken, toaster broken… 100 would not recommend.
